Or, take your taste buds to new heights with the Gambas Al Ajillo—minutely sautéed shrimp tantalizingly infused with olive oil, white wine, garlic, and a hint of red pepper, also priced at $13.

The menu doesn't stop at tapas; body and soul are brought together with specialties like the Adjarski Khachapurri, a traditional Georgian "Bread Boat" brimming with three types of cheese and a cracked egg, requiring a bit more prep time (worth the wait at $18!). For those craving heartier options, dive into the Lamb Chop Lollipops served with a refreshing salad and creamy arugula whipped potatoes for $32—a feast fit for any occasion.

I want to try this place after seeing it on Triple D. I feel in love with the place and food. For 5 years, I keep coming back every time I'm in Las Vegas. I highly recommend the Stroganoff fries. Perfect crispy fries top with a stroganoff mushroom sause. Try all thier house made sausages in the grill master plate. Thier clay hot pot is good but not really my thing. I have not been disappointed with any i have tried there, making this restaurant a good bet to eat at.

Amazing food! Great mix of different European cuisines and great service. Decor and atmosphere was cute and comfortable yet sexy and chic. Honestly felt like a fancier version of dishes my Russian grandmother would make.

Amazing! I’ve been to Forte 3 times since I discovered them and everything has been fantastic! It can be a little pricey with drinks but every dish is better than the last and the staff is so friendly and helpful! I literally dream about the stuffed peppers and the biscuit cake, this is definitely our favorite spot for celebrations!

OK, first off, the 4 stars are due to the high prices for what you get. ($35 for 3 lamb chops, garnish, and whipped potatoes). The food is decent and the service was good, but a bit slow (I'll caveat that statement in saying that there was only 1 person working the floor at about half capacity). I'd say definitely go and check it out. You'll probably need a reservation if it's a fri/sat as it's not a huge place. bottom line: strip prices at a restaurant strip mall location on Rainbow Blvd.

Got the Bulgarian Mixed Grill plate with three different types of Bulgarian sausage, the Thracian Clay Pot, and the Biscuit Cake (tiramisu with fresh blueberries) for dessert. Everything was excellent! The service was fast, friendly, and the staff was eager to explain in detail the many different entree choices. We're already planning what to try on our next trip to this interesting restaurant. Update: Got the Balkan Grill Master plate.  Everything was delicious.

We only get to visit once a year but always look forward to our meal @ Forte. The wife is Ukrainian so this is close to home cooking for her and I have grown to love it. We have not made it all the way thru the menu, but everything we have tried has been wonderful. Service is always spot on. So definitely suggest putting Forte on you list of spots to try when in Vegas

Wanting to try something new every month and we decided to come on a Wednesday for happy hour and dinner. The restaurant has a nice outdoor seating area out front with a perfect Vegas sunset view. We ordered a few appetizers aka tapas and some drinks. Here are what we liked. Stuffed squid with rice - flavorful and tasted fresh. Grilled octopus with rice - The octopus is very tender and it reminds us of the octopus we had in Spain. Dates wrapped with bacon - The bacon is crunchy and salty but the sweetness of the dates balanced it out nicely. Bulgarian mixed grill - Different kinds of sausages and the meat are peppery, good flavors and balanced out with the beans, chopped onions and blended tomatoes with sweet red peppers. What we didn’t like was the Thracian clay pot. It looks authentic but the portion was really small for the price. We will definitely come back for happy hour next time!

When looking for something different in Vegas while not breaking the bank, Forte Tapas certainly fits the bill. Located in Spring Valley, it’s a very Euro Vibe place with outdoor seating and amazing tapas. Service was quick and very helpful, particularly if you’re not too familiar with Bulgarian style food. Prices are good and the location has plenty of parking. Great place for small groups as well.
